1. What NoMore Is

NoMore is a self-help app for people who want to stop or reduce gambling. It provides streak tracking, journaling, urge logging, habit tools, and an AI recovery coach.

NoMore is not a medical service, therapy, or clinical treatment. It does not replace professional help. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use NoMore. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

Account creation is optional. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• You must provide a valid email address
• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen

You may use the app as a guest without an account. Guest data is stored only on your device and is not recoverable if you delete the app.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

NoMore offers optional premium subscriptions and one-time purchases through the Apple App Store:

• Premium subscription — unlocks all features. Billed monthly or annually.
• Streak Rewind — a consumable purchase that restores a streak broken by a missed check-in. Limited to 3 per calendar year per account.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not handle or store payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

5. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings to recover your active subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Misuse the AI chat to generate harmful content
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or purchase limits

7. AI Chat

The in-app recovery coach is powered by an AI language model. It is designed to provide supportive, non-judgmental guidance. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Responses may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgment.

Do not rely on the AI chat in emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoMore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will produce specific recovery outcomes. Results vary and depend entirely on the user's own actions and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoMore and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses related to gambling behaviour.

10. Privacy

Your use of NoMore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
